This would include an in-depth virtual consultation so we can learn more about you, your work life/home life, race history, goals for your upcoming race, etc so we’re able to build out the best plan for you.
We’d create a 10-week customized plan that would include weekly distance goals and projected paces based on your previous run history.
Includes MONTHLY zoom calls to talk through progress, ask questions, and we’ll make changes/adjustments as needed.
You’ll receive 2 new strength workouts each month (4 strength workouts total) focusing with a lower body/ core and upper body/core split.
