  • This would include an in-depth virtual consultation so we can learn more about you, your work life/home life, race history, goals for your upcoming race, etc so we’re able to build out the best plan for you.

  • We’d create a 10-week customized plan that would include weekly distance goals and projected paces based on your previous run history. 

  • Includes MONTHLY zoom calls to talk through progress, ask questions, and we’ll make changes/adjustments as needed.

  • You’ll receive 2 new strength workouts each month (4 strength workouts total) focusing with a lower body/ core and upper body/core split.
