Lindsey and Amber will work together to curate a training plan specifically catered to you and your goals, and get you across the finish line happy, healthy, and maybe even with a shiny new PR!

Question: What does a run coach do?! 

Answer:  A little bit of everything. 

 

We're RRCA and VDOT certified run coaches with a passion for running and a decade of experience in running and racing everything from the mile to the marathon. As run coaches, it's our job to help you reach your true potential, keep you accountable for the (big, amazing!) goals you want to achieve, and have fun while doing it.  We’re here to be your support system and to guide you through your new adventure on the run.

 

Every runner is different, and there's no "one size fits all" training plan.  We work with our athletes and prescribe training plans based on their individual goals. Some runners we work with want a customized plan but don't need check-ins, while others want the accountability of weekly check-ins and the ability to chat with us on a more consistent schedule.  Whatever you're looking for in a training plan, we'll have your back!

  • This would include an in-depth virtual consultation so we can learn more about you, your work life/home life, race history, goals for your upcoming race, etc so we’re able to  build out the best plan for you.

  • We’d create a 10-week customized plan that would include weekly distance goals and projected paces based on your previous run history. 

  • Includes get bi-weekly zoom calls to talk through progress, ask questions, and we’ll make changes/adjustments as needed.

  • You’ll receive 2 new strength workouts each month (4 strength workouts total) focusing with a lower body/ core and upper body/core split.
